Requirements
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Senior Consultant in einer Unternehmensberatung, Versicherung oder versicherungsnahen Start-Up
- Projekterfahrung in der Versicherungsbranche und Freude an Veränderungsgestaltung
- Erfahrung mit Prozessen und IT-Landschaften von Versicherungsunternehmen
- Methodenkompetenz im klassischen oder agilen Projektmanagement, Test-Management, Requirements Engineering oder Business Analyse
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, vernetztes Denken und Organisationstalent
- Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Freude am Netzwerken
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Reisebereitschaft im Rahmen der Kundenbetreuung und Beratungsprojekte in Deutschland.
