Responsibilities
Expand the Insurance International team as a (Senior) Consultant, Finance Transformation in Insurance.
Work on challenging projects focused on digital finance transformation, insurance processes, and target operating models.
Design and document efficient processes and target operating models in closing and reporting processes as well as finance and insurance operations.
Support data analyses and identify relevant source systems for modern interface and data flow architectures.
Develop and produce business requirements for the technical implementation of complex transformation projects in accounting and controlling.
Analyze and develop implementation options and coordinate closely with business and IT departments.
Analyze and visualize the impact of transformation projects on affected business areas and processes.
Requirements
Experience in management consulting or as an in-house consultant with a focus on finance, accounting, or controlling.
Several years of experience in the (re)insurance industry in finance, operations, or data management.
Willingness to travel within Europe and appreciation for project-based work in international teams.
Very good English skills and the ability to operate confidently in an international work environment.
