About the role
- (Senior) Consultant Agile Organisation focusing on agile transformation and coaching management teams. Working in a hybrid role based in Germany with a progressive consulting company.
Responsibilities
- Coach and lead our clients and their management in developing an agile mindset
- Actively support the transition to an agile organization as part of an agile transformation team
- Establish and develop agile methods to redesign working practices and ways of thinking
- Highlight development opportunities and career paths
- Build tailored, scaled project organizations with multiple agile teams
- Provide coaching for Scrum Masters, Product Managers, Release Train Engineers or comparable agile roles
- Identify new business opportunities and build a network
Requirements
- Completed university degree, possibly with an additional qualification
- Professional experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach or in a comparable role within an agile environment
- Strong agile mindset
- Confident interaction with client management
- Some experience in organizational transformation
- Strong execution skills and self-motivation
- Fluent (business-level) German and English
- Willingness to travel as a consultant
- Experience in preparing client proposals, account management and business development is valuable
- Practical experience supporting multiple agile teams is helpful
- Certifications such as systemic coach, LeSS Practitioner, Scrum Master, SAFe or Scrum@Scale are advantageous
