About the role
- Consultor de Projetos leading complex technology projects from ideation to delivery for Vivo. Collaborating across areas and managing stakeholder relationships in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead cost and timeline estimates for projects;
- Ensure implementation of projects, requests, products and services within expected timelines and quality standards;
- Document and provide visibility into project-related matters and identify process deviations;
- Correct deviations or request corrective action from the responsible areas;
- Lead and execute integrated management of high-complexity projects;
- Perform project cost and schedule planning and management activities;
- Monitor financials (actual vs. budgeted);
- Keep control systems (JIRA, VivoNow and Wiki) updated and compliant with SOX processes;
- Negotiate deliverables with clients (business area points of contact) and suppliers;
- Actively resolve issues, open items and blockers that put the project schedule at risk;
- Regularly produce detailed reports on the physical status of project and implementation activities, identifying potential risks and schedule delays;
- Coordinate or participate in tests, trials, certifications or acceptance of new solutions;
- Lead multidisciplinary teams—local and remote, internal and supplier teams;
- Schedule Maintenance Windows (GMUDs) with Operations teams and oversee the execution of these critical activities during the window;
- Prepare and present executive-level materials for follow-up (FUP), approval committees and financial and solutions forums.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technology project management
- Experience with ERP projects (implementations, rollouts, integrations or enhancements)
- Strong command of planning, risk management, scheduling and KPI/metrics tools
- Preferred: completed Bachelor's degree; postgraduate degree or MBA in project management is a plus
- Knowledge of Project Management (PMI, PMBOK, Agile methodologies, etc.)
- Experience engaging with executive stakeholders, with the ability to synthesize information and communicate clearly
- Knowledge of both agile and traditional methodologies
- Previous leadership of multidisciplinary internal and third-party teams, both onsite and remote
- Proficiency in management and control tools (Microsoft Project, JIRA and Excel) and presentation tools (PowerPoint)
- Strong team leadership, collaborative spirit and active teamwork—guiding the team and facilitating the removal of blockers
