About the role

  • Account Executive managing ad sales for sports-focused media solutions in a hybrid environment. Engaging with clients and agencies to drive deals and deliver results.

Responsibilities

  • Actively sell media and special projects to agencies and clients in the betting segment
  • Lead negotiations with a strategic mindset and consultative approach, identifying opportunities aligned with clients’ objectives
  • Prepare commercial proposals with technical accuracy and adherence to performance indicators
  • Monitor the sales pipeline precisely, ensuring predictability and achievement of revenue targets
  • Record and track activities in the CRM (Salesforce), consolidating relationship history and intelligence
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, planning, marketing, and content) to ensure excellence in campaign delivery

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree completed
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM (preferably Salesforce)
  • Intermediate English desirable for interactions with global teams and international content
  • Experience in advertising sales, preferably in digital or integrated environments
  • Solid understanding of digital metrics, media KPIs, and performance fundamentals
  • Experience servicing mid-sized agencies and ability to build long-term partnerships
  • Proactive, organized, target-driven profile with a strong results focus
