About the role

  • Sales Representative for social and health economics, advising customers and managing relationships. Responsible for project initiation and providing value with ERP software solutions in West Germany.

Responsibilities

  • Primary contact for existing customers in Western Germany
  • Acquire new orders from long-standing clients
  • Deliver engaging presentations to customers
  • Participate in trade fairs and customer events
  • Internal and external contact for technical and product-related questions

Requirements

  • Experience in the social services / healthcare sector
  • Proven track record in existing-customer sales (account management)
  • Confidence and composure in negotiations
  • Strong IT affinity and service-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
