Responsibilities

  • Active acquisition of new customers and building a strong regional network
  • Conducting needs analyses and understanding customers' individual challenges
  • Developing and presenting tailored solutions
  • Managing the entire sales process from first contact to successful closing

Requirements

  • Experience selling complex IT or ERP solutions
  • High empathy, enthusiasm and enjoyment in working with people
  • Proven track record in new customer acquisition
  • Willingness to complete an initial onboarding period at our Oldenburg office
  • Ideally, knowledge of the social care sector
  • Residence in Hesse, Baden-Württemberg, Bavaria, Rhineland-Palatinate, or Saarland
