Responsibilities
Manage the full sales cycle for mid-market accounts from prospecting to close.
Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Build pipeline through outbound outreach, inbound lead follow-up, and strategic account development.
Deliver compelling product demonstrations and value-based presentations to decision-makers across operations, safety, IT, and executive teams.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Development, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Provide market feedback to Product and Leadership to inform go-to-market strategy.
Accurately forecast and manage pipeline within CRM (e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot).
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
3-5 years of B2B SaaS closing experience, including at least 2 years in mid-market sales.
Strong track record of exceeding quotas ($800k+ ARR).
Skilled in consultative selling, with experience managing multi-stakeholder deals.
Excellent communicator with strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Entrepreneurial, adaptable, and motivated to succeed in a high-growth startup environment.
Experience selling into operations, safety, or manufacturing/logistics industries a plus.
