Responsibilities

  • Work strategically with sales channels, contributing to portfolio development, strengthening partnerships, and supporting sustainable growth.
  • Monitor the client portfolio, supporting the planning and execution of commercial activities.
  • Conduct commercial negotiations related to general contracting terms.
  • Develop and monitor action plans and commercial initiatives aligned with the area's guidelines.
  • Record interactions, visits, and activities in internal systems according to established processes.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to align activities and objectives.
  • Monitor performance indicators for the portfolio and service channels, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage processes related to pricing definition and application, ensuring compliance with internal policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
  • Intermediate knowledge of productivity tools (Microsoft Office or similar), especially spreadsheets and presentations.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Previous experience in commercial routines, customer service, or portfolio management.
