About the role

  • Sales Executive responsible for consultative selling of analytical services in the pharmaceutical sector. Proactively identify new business opportunities and maintain customer relationships in Brazil.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a portfolio of potential clients for the company’s business;
  • Perform consultative selling of analytical services, understanding the technical, regulatory, and strategic impact of these services for the pharmaceutical industry;
  • Actively prospect clients to promote the brand and generate new business through visits and travel;
  • Qualify leads to increase the chances of closing complex sales;
  • Maintain contact with feasibility and technical teams to prepare commercial proposals;
  • Be able to engage in technical discussions with client departments such as R&D, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Purchasing;
  • Prepare commercial proposals in accordance with the client’s needs and requested services;
  • Finalize sales processes and enter client data into the system, ensuring the sharing and awareness of negotiated commercial terms;
  • Deliver commercial presentations to different audiences within the industry;
  • Maintain relationships with clients in your portfolio, ensuring customer retention;
  • Participate in meetings, trade shows, and events with national and international clients;
  • Contribute to strategic market analysis of the pharmaceutical sector, identifying regulatory trends, portfolio movements, and opportunities for new services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biomedicine, Chemical Engineering, or related fields;
  • Proven experience in commercial/sales roles;
  • Experience selling analytical services to the pharmaceutical industry;
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office;
  • Advanced English;
  • Spanish language skills are a plus.
