About the role
- Certified Payroll & Labor Compliance Coordinator responsible for managing payroll compliance documentation. The role involves assisting project onboarding and maintaining audit-ready project documentation.
Responsibilities
- Manage certified payroll and apply accurate prevailing wage and fringe requirements.
- Submit required documents and verify forms for all projects.
- Maintain documentation and perform monthly non-performance reporting.
- Assist with project intake and setup, including rate verification and folder creation.
- Oversee certified payroll submissions for mid- and high-complexity projects.
- Submit reports to LCPTracker, EMars, IDOL, and client-specific portals.
- Cross-train as backup for IRA reporting.
- Maintain organized, complete, and audit-ready files.
- Respond promptly to documentation requests from contractors and auditors.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of certified payroll and prevailing wage rules.
- Understanding Davis-Bacon and IRA requirements.
- Fast learner with ability to adapt to new systems.
- Proficient in Excel, LCPTracker, and compliance portals.
- Highly organized with strong communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
