About the role

  • Support with knowledge management and development of tools/simulations
  • Programming scripts and creating databases
  • Simulation of communication systems
  • Literature research (including ETSI and 3GPP documents, CEPT reports)
  • Preparing presentations/reports on aspects of standardization and regulation of communication technologies

Requirements

  • Student of communications/telecommunications engineering or electrical engineering / information technology
  • Experience programming in Python
  • Good English skills
  • Experience with the MATLAB simulation tool
  • Quick adaptation to forward-looking challenges in automotive radio communication
  • Enjoy working in a multidisciplinary team
  • Optional: knowledge of communication standards such as 5G, LTE and WLAN
  • Experience programming with OMNeT++, SUMO and/or databases
  • Basic knowledge of network technologies
