  • Key Account/Customer Success Manager enhancing client relationships and identification of upselling opportunities for a performance marketing agency. Collaborating across teams for integrated strategies and high satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic management and development of a dedicated client portfolio
  • Proactive identification of growth and development opportunities
  • Independent ownership of pitches and tender processes
  • Ensuring high client satisfaction
  • Close collaboration with internal specialist teams
  • Preparation and presentation of reporting
  • Contract and terms negotiation
  • Relationship management at decision‑maker level
  • Representing MAIxpose360 at events

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in the digital sector (online marketing, digital sales, consulting)
  • Excellent verbal communication, strong presentation skills and a confident presence
  • Sense for business perspectives and strategic advisory
  • An eye for compelling presentations and design
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and sales methodologies
  • Fluent German (C2); good English is a plus
  • Independent, reliable and goal‑oriented working style
  • Enjoy direct client contact and building long‑term relationships
  • Open to hybrid work (min. 2 days per week in the office)
