About the role

  • Customer Success Associate at Prosperi responsible for customer technical support and satisfaction. Focusing on SharePoint and Project Online to enhance user experiences in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the customers' technical-operational point of contact, ensuring a positive and ongoing experience;
  • Configure environments and provide full technical support to users;
  • Install and maintain servers and systems with a focus on security and performance;
  • Create and update technical documentation and custom reports;
  • Conduct training, manage access controls, and propose system improvements;
  • Monitor product usage, recommend upgrades, and ensure customer satisfaction;
  • Provide functional and technical support for SharePoint, Project Online (PWA), and Power Platform, assisting with: access and permissions; navigation and information organization; and performing other related activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress.
  • Knowledge of SharePoint, Project Online, and/or Power Platform;
  • Postgraduate degree or MBA in Information Technology, Customer Success, or related fields;
  • Experience working in environments using agile methodologies;
  • Knowledge of process documentation and knowledge base management;
  • Basic understanding of Customer Success or client relationship management;
  • Microsoft certifications.
