About the role

  • Digital Sales Manager responsible for enhancing online sales and customer journeys at Volksbanken. Collaborating with teams to improve conversion rates and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for optimizing online conversion and checkout processes to increase revenue and conversion rates
  • Management, operation, and further development of the Volksbanken Group websites
  • Designing and implementing measures to improve the digital customer journey and maximize conversion rates (CRO)
  • Defining and prioritizing the product backlog for web and digital sales initiatives
  • Analyzing and monitoring relevant KPIs (traffic, conversions, revenue) and deriving optimization measures
  • Close coordination with digitalization, sales management, and IT teams, as well as external service providers

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, E‑Commerce, Innovation Management, or a related field
  • Relevant professional experience in digital sales, e‑commerce, or web management
  • Experience with CRO and performance optimization
  • Understanding of digital customer journeys, KPIs, and conversion optimization
  • You lead by example with trust and a regional orientation in your daily work and enjoy working in a team
