About the role

  • Sales Manager for Pitchview enhancing digital communication for Pharma and MedTech firms. Responsible for customer acquisition, onboarding, and training with a focus on client success.

Responsibilities

  • New customer acquisition: Identify and win new customers, primarily at conferences/industry events, via LinkedIn and by phone, and conduct initial conversations about how Pitchview can be used.
  • Presentation & consulting: Deliver virtual product demos, host open webinars and provide advisory meetings with marketing, sales and digital teams in the pharmaceutical and MedTech sectors.
  • Account management: Support existing customers, identify opportunities for expansion projects and ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
  • Onboarding & training: Guide new customers through their rollout of Pitchview, conduct trainings and workshops, and assist with implementation.
  • Proposal preparation & negotiation: Prepare tailored proposals and lead contract negotiations through to successful closing.

Requirements

  • Experience in account management, sales or customer success, ideally in a digital or life-science environment
  • Enjoy interacting with people—whether at conferences, in video calls or during follow-up
  • Confident presence, strong communication skills and consulting ability
  • Structured, independent working style and a willingness to take responsibility
  • Very good German and English skills
