About the role

  • Sales Manager responsible for executing sales strategy in the Indian subcontinent market for QUALITROL. Engaging with customers and channel partners to drive growth and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the sales process for QUALITROL’s offerings to customers in the Indian subcontinent market.
  • Engage with customers, employees, and channel partners to increase customer satisfaction and grow sales in the region.
  • Work directly with Sales Director, APAC, and leadership team to establish and implement sales plans.
  • Execute all aspects of the sales process, including developing and managing relationships with customers and channel partners.
  • Provide and be accountable for forecasts and maintain opportunity funnel in CRM.
  • Recruits, develops, and manages channel partners to ensure business plans align with QUALITROL’s objectives.
  • Develop and execute strategies for sustainable sales growth and increased market penetration.
  • Establish sales objectives through forecasting and develop routine reports for Sales Management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering
  • A deep understanding of electric power facilities.
  • Experience structuring, advocating and closing electric power deals at all levels of management including the C-suite.
  • Minimum of 7-15 years of experience working with channel partners (representatives and non-stocking distributors).
  • Deep technical and practical knowledge of Grid monitoring in Power network.
  • Understanding of Power Transformers including its accessories and its functions i.e protection devices and monitoring devices
  • Knowledge of Partial discharge in Transformer and Gas Insulated switchgear
  • Condition based maintenance of the electrical assets in the power network
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the India markets business practices and culture.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the region.
  • Experience in standard work, problem solving process and daily and visual management.
  • A strong contact database and personal references in the Power Engineering industry.
