About the role
- Safety Manager leading health and safety practices across Voi’s operations ensuring compliance and effective risk management.
Responsibilities
- Lead and embed health and safety practices across Voi’s local operations
- Ensure compliance with local legislation and Voi’s global standards
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide expert guidance
- Identify and assess operational risks and implement effective risk controls
- Plan and conduct safety inspections, audits, and incident investigations
- Coordinate and support health and safety training
- Collaborate with Operations, Legal, HR, and other central teams
Requirements
- Fluent in English and German
- Proven experience in a health and safety leadership or management role
- Professional health and safety certification
- Strong knowledge of local health and safety legislation and regulatory requirements
- Experience developing and implementing health and safety policies, procedures and risk assessments
- Demonstrated ability to conduct safety audits and incident investigations
- Experience delivering training to improve safety performance
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Experience in logistics, mobility, transportation, warehouse operations or similar industries is an advantage.
