• Operations Strategy Manager improving operational excellence in field and warehouse operations at Voi Technology. Collaborating with local and central teams to drive strategy and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Focus on the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of our in-field and warehouse operation.
• Support the fleet organisation in delivering operational excellence across set KPIs and ensure successful city launches and completion of long-term improvement projects.
• Define and shape the operations strategy, including logistics partner management, workforce planning, service design execution, and developing performance metrics and dashboards for in-field operations.
• Drive high-quality data management and data-driven decision-making to improve operational excellence and performance across KPIs.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking to ensure efficient resource allocation and long-term operational success.
• Manage cross-functional operations projects to ensure successful implementation and sustainable impact across local teams.
• Contribute to city launches by coordinating cross-functional planning and execution with local and central stakeholders.
• Act as the point of contact for 3PLs, managing relationships from sourcing to contract negotiation, and collaborating with Fleet Managers on performance monitoring and follow-up.
• Support Fleet and Site Managers on execution, acting as the bridge between central and local teams to continuously drive compliance and improvement across processes.
• Proactively identify and implement improvement opportunities to maximise efficiency, revenue, and overall success of our operations in the region.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related field.
• 3 - 5+ years of experience in operations or strategy, ideally from consulting or a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical capability with proficiency in data management, in-depth data analysis, and delivering actionable insights.
• Basic SQL skills
• Experience managing complex cross-functional projects and aligning local and central teams.
• Proven ability to translate data into strategic decisions, identify performance drivers, and implement improvements collaboratively.
