About the role

  • Analyst for Individual HIN Operations at Netwealth enhancing client experience through asset administration. Collaborative role managing processes and stakeholder interactions in the financial services sector.

Responsibilities

  • Onboarding new IHIN accounts and transferring existing HINs into the service
  • Processing ASX trading activity, income, redemptions and corporate actions
  • Verifying, reconciling and importing ASX transactions
  • Reviewing and validating Limited Powers of Attorney (LPOA)
  • Meeting agreed servicing timeframes and SLAs in a fast-paced environment
  • Contributing to process improvements, documentation and system enhancements
  • Working collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver a client-centric, service-first experience

Requirements

  • Experience in financial services, ideally within investment or operational environments
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or a related discipline (preferred)
  • Strong accountability, ownership and attention to detail
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain requirements and rationale to different audiences
  • The ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
