🧠Your role
Serve as the primary point of contact for technicians and contractors for all operational needs (occupational health & safety, vehicles, tools, parts, administrative support).
Coordinate purchase requests and ensure the availability of resources required for field interventions.
Monitor contractors: contracts, work orders, invoicing and renewals.
Manage and track regional parts inventories to support field operations.
Structure and prioritize operational needs to enable quick and effective resolution of issues.
Maintain administrative tracking of vehicles, tools and equipment to ensure compliance and availability.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational and administrative processes.
Requirements
🎓 Education & experience
Experience in operational field support and/or administrative management of technicians and contractors.
Strong computer skills: Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint), operational management systems and invoicing tools.
Basic knowledge of electricity (an asset).
Bilingual (French and English) required, both spoken and written.
