About the role

  • 🧭 Your role
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for technicians and contractors for all operational needs (occupational health & safety, vehicles, tools, parts, administrative support).
  • Coordinate purchase requests and ensure the availability of resources required for field interventions.
  • Monitor contractors: contracts, work orders, invoicing and renewals.
  • Manage and track regional parts inventories to support field operations.
  • Structure and prioritize operational needs to enable quick and effective resolution of issues.
  • Maintain administrative tracking of vehicles, tools and equipment to ensure compliance and availability.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational and administrative processes.

Requirements

  • 🎓 Education & experience
  • Experience in operational field support and/or administrative management of technicians and contractors.
  • Strong computer skills: Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint), operational management systems and invoicing tools.
  • Basic knowledge of electricity (an asset).
  • Bilingual (French and English) required, both spoken and written.

  • Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously and to prioritize effectively.
  • Autonomy, responsiveness and the ability to solve problems quickly.
