- Support the Area Specialist in designing Training Programs and in the development and updating of instructional materials;
- Support leadership in the management of training programs;
- Develop, structure and update training content;
- Act to ensure that trainings comply with legal requirements;
- Monitor regulatory training content to ensure compliance;
- Control the execution of Corrective Action Plans related to internal and external training audits;
- Monitor and support the technical and regulatory analysis of requests from the annual Training Needs Assessment (LNT);
Requirements
- Completed higher education (diploma or graduation certificate);
- Experience as an aircraft mechanic;
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills;
- Intermediate to advanced English;
- Certification as an Instructional Designer;
- Advanced PowerPoint skills;
- Experience in aircraft maintenance training;
- Hold CHTs (AVI/CEL/GMP);
- Have aircraft type training for the models you previously worked on (Line/Ramp/Transit).
