About the role

  • Training Analyst supporting GOL Aerotech's training program development. Ensuring compliance with aviation regulatory training standards in a hybrid working model.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Area Specialist in designing Training Programs and in the development and updating of instructional materials;
  • Support leadership in the management of training programs;
  • Develop, structure and update training content;
  • Act to ensure that trainings comply with legal requirements;
  • Monitor regulatory training content to ensure compliance;
  • Control the execution of Corrective Action Plans related to internal and external training audits;
  • Monitor and support the technical and regulatory analysis of requests from the annual Training Needs Assessment (LNT);

Requirements

  • Completed higher education (diploma or graduation certificate);
  • Experience as an aircraft mechanic;
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills;
  • Intermediate to advanced English;
  • Certification as an Instructional Designer;
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills;
  • Experience in aircraft maintenance training;
  • Hold CHTs (AVI/CEL/GMP);
  • Have aircraft type training for the models you previously worked on (Line/Ramp/Transit).
