About the role

  • Técnico de Suporte TI providing technical support for equipment management and system updates at GOL Linhas Aéreas. Collaborating on technology rollouts across various locations.

Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, relocate and upgrade IT equipment (desktops, laptops and peripherals), ensuring compliance with corporate standards.
  • Log, categorize and close requests via the ticketing system, strictly meeting response time and quality SLAs.
  • Asset Control: Monitor and report physical movement of IT inventory, safeguarding the company's technology assets across its various sites.
  • Verify the physical integrity of the technology environment and document inventory changes resulting from field interventions.
  • Actively collaborate on technology rollouts and implementation of new systems or infrastructures on a national level.

Requirements

  • Technical degree in IT or currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in IT or related fields.
  • Language: English/Spanish (advantage).
