Responsibilities
- Schedule and lead meetings with business areas, suppliers, and the internal IT team
- Track outstanding activities (suppliers, business area, curation team)
- Request support from managers in conflict situations
- Monitor business-area satisfaction and write user stories
- Report progress of activities
- Monitor the effectiveness of job scripts and develop action plans if adjustments are required
- Report daily activities performed
- Support the audit process
- Escalate and follow up with responsible parties in case of incidents affecting critical systems. Will work in the Aircraft Projects area
- Prepare technical specifications, to be reviewed by a coordinator
- Be able to propose solution architecture and discuss it with the responsible architects
- Discuss integrations and write user stories
- Act as a bridge between the business area and development
- Have knowledge of the business processes of the areas supported to participate more actively in the design of Aircraft maintenance projects and propose new solutions
- Ability to analyze and propose improvements to business processes with the aim of simplifying IT solutions
- Prepare business cases with review by a senior analyst/coordinator
- Be responsible for medium- and high-complexity projects (schedule, project plan, project charter, change requests, test/acceptance plan, RMs, project closure documents)
- Propose improvements to existing systems
- Prepare status reports for the projects for which you are responsible.
Requirements
- Degree in Information Technology or a related field
- Intermediate level of English
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the area
