About the role

Responsibilities

• Schedule and lead meetings with business areas, vendors, and the internal IT team.
• Monitor pending activities (vendors, business areas, curation team).
• Request support from managers in conflict situations.
• Track business area satisfaction and write user stories.
• Report progress of ongoing activities.
• Monitor the effectiveness of job scripts and develop action plans if adjustments are needed.
• Provide daily reports of activities performed.
• Support the audit process.
• Prepare technical specifications, reviewed by a coordinator.
• Be able to propose solution architecture and discuss it with the responsible architects.
• Discuss integrations and write user stories.
• Act as a liaison between business areas and development.
• Possess business knowledge of the areas served to participate more actively in project conception.
• Ability to analyze and propose improvements to business processes with the goal of simplifying IT solutions.
• Prepare business cases with review by a senior analyst/coordinator.
• Be responsible for medium- and high-complexity projects (schedule, project plan, project charter, change requests, acceptance/UAT plan, RMs, project closure document).
• Propose improvements to existing systems.
• Prepare status reports for projects under your responsibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Intermediate English.
