Responsibilities
- Schedule and lead meetings with business areas, vendors, and the internal IT team.
- Monitor pending activities (vendors, business areas, curation team).
- Request support from managers in conflict situations.
- Track business area satisfaction and write user stories.
- Report progress of ongoing activities.
- Monitor the effectiveness of job scripts and develop action plans if adjustments are needed.
- Provide daily reports of activities performed.
- Support the audit process.
- Prepare technical specifications, reviewed by a coordinator.
- Be able to propose solution architecture and discuss it with the responsible architects.
- Discuss integrations and write user stories.
- Act as a liaison between business areas and development.
- Possess business knowledge of the areas served to participate more actively in project conception.
- Ability to analyze and propose improvements to business processes with the goal of simplifying IT solutions.
- Prepare business cases with review by a senior analyst/coordinator.
- Be responsible for medium- and high-complexity projects (schedule, project plan, project charter, change requests, acceptance/UAT plan, RMs, project closure document).
- Propose improvements to existing systems.
- Prepare status reports for projects under your responsibility.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Intermediate English.
