Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver cost-effective IT infrastructure solutions aligned to global IT strategy and standards
- Provide delivery support during project development and ensure consistent implementation against quality and process criteria
- Manage workload within the Project Delivery & Build team
- Ensure high-quality, updated project information in tracking tools
- Initiate and deliver projects in line with Project Delivery Management guidelines
- Manage procurement of project hardware/software and coordinate installation of servers, storage, LAN, security, DB, middleware, and related components
- Secure Operational QA approvals with VT-IS & OPCO teams
- Recommend and drive process improvements across VCI teams
Requirements
- Strong IT delivery management background in infrastructure implementation
- Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Deep knowledge of IT/Data Centre standards; ITIL preferred
- Understanding of telecom IT service provisioning
- Broad technical knowledge across IT domains
- International project/service management experience
- Fluency in English
- Strong project management skills
- PRINCE2 (desired)
