Project Manager leading a range of initiatives in water neutrality and innovation for Affinity Water. Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver water neutral developments as part of a unique project.
Responsibilities
Manage the delivery of a range of water neutral project work streams from concept to completion.
This may include commissioning consultancies or researchers to undertake project delivery or project evaluation / impact assessment.
Creating and delivering a clear vision of the work streams’ objectives and lead the project team in achieving them.
Developing cost estimates, schedules, key milestones, deliverables, and overall plans for projects.
Manage project governance activities and attending working groups and meetings which support project delivery.
Coordinate and analyse data and produce reports to measure the impact of the projects and the wider portfolio when required.
Ensure the portfolio meets the needs of our customers and target areas to get the best water savings to facilitate water neutral developments.
Work with key external stakeholders including our customers and wider community groups to support a reduction in water use to facilitate water neutral developments.
Lead weekly & monthly calls for Project Sponsor, Senior Leaders, Steering Group and Technical Steering group.
Requirements
Significant experience of leading large complex projects.
Experience of working with Developers & NAV’s
Strong technical knowledge of water fittings
Understanding of water regulations
Understanding of water industry legislation
Forward looking, with an ability to think strategically.
Ability to translate complex concepts into delivery activity.
Ability to deal with constant change, demonstrating an agile and flexible approach to work.
Outstanding stakeholder engagement skills in complex multi stakeholder environments.
