About the role
- Perform credit application process for incoming dealers/vendor/partners and assist in documentation at DLL. Complete dealer onboarding while complying with KYC and CDD requirements.
Responsibilities
- Perform the application to credit process for incoming dealers/vendor/partners, assisting in documentation, and dealer maintenance.
- Complete the dealer onboarding process while complying with DLL's KYC and CDD requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities.
- Screen dealers against sanction lists and regulatory databases.
- Collect and review documents for Commercial Finance Underwriters.
- Prepare complex manual documents
- Create and maintain Private Label & Programs
- Accurately and timely updating of system databases
- Meet or exceed customer service expectations
- Identify and escalate continuous improvement areas
- Determine if documentation is enforceable
