Project Specialist focusing on seller experience improvement projects in e-commerce at Allegro. Coordinate tasks across teams while conducting analytics and supporting operational processes.
Responsibilities
Project Operational Support: Execute well-defined tasks within the Seller Journey , with a specific focus on seller experience improvement projects and growth-oriented initiatives.
Reporting & Analytics: Maintain and update team reporting frameworks to track project health and key seller performance metrics.
Cross-functional Coordination: Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for internal stakeholders (Smart!, Pricing, Ads teams) to facilitate information exchange and ensure operational alignment.
Documentation Management: Organize and maintain critical project assets, including meeting minutes, roadmaps, progress reports, and action logs, ensuring all documentation is up to date.
Planning & Scheduling: Actively contribute to project plans, timelines, and resource allocation by providing data-driven insights and participating in planning sessions.
Risk Management: Monitor progress and proactively report potential bottlenecks, risks, or deviations from the plan to the Project Manager or Team Lead.
Process Compliance: Execute tasks in accordance with established project management methodologies, tools, and organizational quality standards.
Requirements
Have at least 2 years of professional experience in project support and business processes, ideally within the e-commerce or retail sector (experience in sales or sales support teams is a plus).
Are highly proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) or MS Office (Excel).
Speak Polish at a C1 level and English at a B2 level or higher.
Possess strong analytical skills , high attention to detail, and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
Are a creative problem-solver with a high level of learning agility and excellent communication skills.
Are well-organized, able to work effectively under time pressure, and thrive in a fast-paced project environment.
