HR Coordinator aligning business areas with HR sector, managing talent performance and organizational climate. Driving training, recruitment, and succession programs within the company.
Responsibilities
Promote alignment between the company's business areas and the Human Resources function, serving as the primary interface between business units, people management and HR and acting as an internal consultant to company leadership. Coordinate the HR area, overseeing training, recruitment and selection, hiring and termination (onboarding and offboarding), and develop compensation and benefits plans.
Define methodology, ensure implementation and manage the company's organizational climate with the objective of maintaining high levels of engagement to achieve the company's strategic goals.
Propose methodology and ensure execution of the company's performance management cycle with the aim of effectively managing talent, promoting a meritocratic culture and ensuring a growth pipeline for the organization.
Propose and operate succession and talent development plans through coaching, mentoring and other programs to ensure retention and a robust succession pipeline.
Coordinate the onboarding process for all new employees, providing an attractive experience aligned with the organization's strategy to ensure rapid cultural integration and performance.
Design, implement and ensure the continuous evolution of the company's corporate learning architecture by fostering a learning culture that drives the development of organizational competencies relevant to achieving strategic objectives.
Design, implement and ensure the continuous evolution of youth talent programs (internships, sales talent programs, apprenticeships and others) to generate a qualified pipeline that contributes to the company's long-term value creation.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or related fields.
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HR management software; familiarity with the Brazilian CLT employment regime.
Knowledge of different methodologies for organizational climate/engagement, performance management, corporate learning and youth talent management.
