About the role
- Expert Customer Data Analyst at Vodafone developing solutions for in-house campaign platform on Google Cloud. Involving customer selection, mathematical optimization, and A/B testing for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- You will support the development of a new in-house campaign platform (Octopus) on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) as an Expert Customer Data Analyst (m/f/d).
- You will develop solutions in Python and SQL to enable precise customer selection.
- You will apply mathematical optimization methods to determine the best offers for our customers and marketing strategies.
- You will ensure the efficient use of modern agentic AI tools to automate and improve our campaign processes.
- You will be the expert for the commercial integration of scorings and customer segmentations into campaign planning.
- You will design and implement experimental designs and A/B tests to continuously optimize our customer approach.
Requirements
- A completed degree (university of applied sciences or university) with an analytical or data-related focus.
- Must-have: Solid knowledge of SQL.
- Nice-to-have: Experience with Airflow, Python, GCP architectures, and campaign management.
- Strong conceptual skills and analytical and strategic thinking.
- Experience in process management and big data analysis.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
- Very good English skills (at least B2 level according to the CEFR).
