About the role

  • Business Development Manager overseeing sales and recruitment for IT staffing in Montreal's large accounts. Establishing relationships and managing the sales cycle from strategy to talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full 360° sales and staffing cycle
  • Identify and prospec decision makers in large accounts
  • Leverage existing network to build trusted relationships
  • Lead responses to RFPs and negotiate agreements
  • Identify and approach top IT consultants to meet client needs

Requirements

  • At least 5 years experience in business development within IT staffing or consulting in Montreal
  • Established contacts with major local clients
  • Strong in both complex B2B sales and technical recruitment
  • Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
