Responsibilities
Serve as the single point of contact responsible for facilities management
Assist the Sr. Facilities Manager and/or Account Leader with the delivery of quality facility management services
Coordinate and manage tenant requirements and service delivery
Support the implementation of short and long-term goals and projects for the client
Develop and implement innovative programs, processes and procedures that reduce operating costs and increase productivity
Manage work assignments for building technicians, vendors, and contractors
Lead facilities staff to deliver expected service levels to the client
Oversee development and management of capital and expense budgets
Complete monthly/quarterly/annual reporting requirements accurately and on time
Recommend capital improvements and prepare operating budget reports, monthly forecasts, and variance reports
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Facilities Management with management/technical emphasis
5+ years industry experience required either in a corporate environment, third party service provider, or as consultant
Strong leadership and management skills with ability to manage both technical and administrative staff
Strong interpersonal skills and communication/presentation abilities
Proficient in MS programs such as Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Computer proficiency in CMMS systems
Demonstrated experience in budget development and management
