About the role

  • Artworking campaign & BAU digital and print ready assets (both still and motion)
  • Preparing and delivering artwork for promotional activity
  • Supporting the creative roll out and delivery of brand initiatives and projects
  • Aligning to guidelines and creative strategy, ensure brand consistency and cohesion across digital and print touch points
  • Assisting designers in the development of design concepts and production
  • Aligning with Creative Lead to keep cross media templates updated
  • Assist with the digital asset management library
  • Refining internal and external communications, documents, and presentations
  • Active participation in brainstorming, as well as to eagerness pitch own ideas
  • Ensuring workflow is managed and prioritised, so deadlines and expectations are met

Requirements

  • Design related degree, and/or commercial design experience for this graduate level position
  • Exceptional Creative portfolio
  • Outstanding eye for detail
  • Video editing, Illustration and Photography skills desirable
  • Solid understanding of design principles and typography across digital and print
  • Confident in the use of Adobe CC – Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
  • After Effects and Premiere Pro desirable
  • Good understanding of UX and UI
  • Confident understanding of and proficiency in Figma
  • Proficient with MS Office
  • Knowledge of print industry processes
  • Highly self-motivated and well organised
  • Possess a challenger mindset
  • A thirst and curiosity for learning and betterment
  • An appreciation of alternative points of view, and receptivity to feedback
  • Strong researching and referencing skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Passion for Natural Health is essential
  • Interest in familiarising oneself with the concept of barefoot and a willingness to learn
