About the role
- Hardware-Designer developing electronic display systems at Funkwerk in Neu-Ulm, Germany. Responsibilities include planning, development, testing, and technical support of systems.
Responsibilities
- Planning and development of new display systems as part of a team
- Commissioning of the developed systems
- Fault analysis and troubleshooting
- Technical support for internal departments
- Creation and maintenance of technical documentation
- Conducting tests and ensuring compliance with applicable standards
- Participation in the selection and procurement of electrical components
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician (m/f/d) or equivalent qualification
- Further training in electrical engineering is an advantage
- Experience in planning and implementing electrical systems
- Proficient in common software tools (e.g., CAD systems, MS Office)
- Knowledge of EMC-compliant design and test procedures
- Experience in analog and digital circuit design
- Experience with microcontrollers and communication protocols
- Excellent German language skills; English skills are a plus
