About the role
- (Senior) Consultant Business Design shaping digital futures by connecting strategic advice with technology expertise. Leading digital projects and developing innovative business models for clients at Wavestone.
Responsibilities
- Leading trend analyses (e.g., megatrends, business and technological trends) and deriving innovative products and services.
- Delivering digitization projects for clients by translating new business models into technical concepts.
- Developing new business models and methods to optimize existing processes.
- Targeted application of artificial intelligence across all project lifecycle phases in project and consulting work: (pre-)sales, proposal development, project leadership and execution.
- Taking responsibility for coachees.
Requirements
- Experience leading IT projects or optimizing business processes
- Experience developing digital business models and products
- Solid knowledge of current technologies and products
- Excellent knowledge of common project management methods (agile & classic)
- Good understanding of current technology and business trends (hyperscalers, e.g., Amazon, Microsoft)
- Business-fluent German and English (negotiation-level)
- Enjoyment of business travel
