Responsibilities
Develop and maintain solutions on the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
Work on deployment, maintenance and support of applications, ensuring stability and performance.
Produce functional and technical documentation, following the principles of the Salesforce Center of Excellence.
Drive end-to-end requests, assessing technical feasibility and proposing solutions aligned with best practices.
Implement Salesforce integrations with other platforms, ensuring quality and security.
Develop and maintain monitoring to anticipate issues and reduce impact on B2B clients.
Respond to critical incidents urgently to ensure continuity of the production environment.
Support the management of metrics and periodic reporting in accordance with agile methodology.
Participate in internal events to share knowledge about the Salesforce platform.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
Proven experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud).
Knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce and development best practices.
Experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs.
Familiarity with Data Modeling, Triggers, Salesforce Flow and Apex testing.
Salesforce certification (Administrator, Developer or equivalent).
Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
