Responsibilities
Support the sales team in building new customer relationships
Research and identify potential new customers
Pre-qualify leads according to defined criteria (ICP)
Reach out to potential customers via email, LinkedIn, and phone (cold calls)
Coordinate and hand over qualified leads to the sales team
Document all activities and contacts in the CRM system
Support sales initiatives and campaigns
Build, maintain and refine target lists
Identify potential customers' challenges and communicate them to the sales team
Support the promotion of new features and offerings
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a university program (e.g., Business, Economics, Communications, IT, or a related field)
Interest in sales, SaaS, or B2B business models
Comfortable making initial contact by phone (cold calls)
Structured, independent, and reliable working style
Outgoing, friendly manner and enjoyment of networking
Interest in IT and software topics
Native-level German and good to very good English skills
Motivated to learn new things and take on responsibility
