About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team in building new customer relationships
  • Research and identify potential new customers
  • Pre-qualify leads according to defined criteria (ICP)
  • Reach out to potential customers via email, LinkedIn, and phone (cold calls)
  • Coordinate and hand over qualified leads to the sales team
  • Document all activities and contacts in the CRM system
  • Support sales initiatives and campaigns
  • Build, maintain and refine target lists
  • Identify potential customers' challenges and communicate them to the sales team
  • Support the promotion of new features and offerings

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a university program (e.g., Business, Economics, Communications, IT, or a related field)
  • Interest in sales, SaaS, or B2B business models
  • Comfortable making initial contact by phone (cold calls)
  • Structured, independent, and reliable working style
  • Outgoing, friendly manner and enjoyment of networking
  • Interest in IT and software topics
  • Native-level German and good to very good English skills
  • Motivated to learn new things and take on responsibility
