About the role
- Analista Pleno de Processos Digitais at Fundação Telefônica Vivo optimizing financial processes and ensuring legal compliance. Working with dashboards, reports and internal controls management.
Responsibilities
- Support the coordination of requests related to legal services;
- Serve as an interface between the Foundation and suppliers, ensuring the quality and timeliness of deliverables;
- Evaluate, review and propose improvements to administrative, financial and legal processes;
- Contribute to the improvement of F&A (Finance & Administration) and Legal system tools and reports;
- Assist executives and staff in understanding processes and system tools;
- Monitor and propose improvements to indicators and control reports for financial, administrative and legal processes.
Requirements
- Mapping and redesign of administrative and financial processes (e.g., BPMN);
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., PDCA, Lean Office);
- Ability to propose and implement effective internal controls;
- Ability to develop interactive dashboards and analytical reports in Power BI;
- Skill in creating custom applications with Power Apps.
- Desired:
- Higher education in progress or completed is a plus.
