About the role

  • Business Manager developing client relationships with large corporations for Telecom sector. Focus on strategic growth and customer satisfaction, leveraging innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage client portfolios, analyzing the best strategy for the account plan;
  • Develop strategies to drive new business, revenue and billing growth;
  • Act as a consultative advisor to clients, conducting visits and identifying business opportunities and improvements;
  • Monitor projects and interface with internal teams;
  • Increase client satisfaction levels;
  • Keep the company's management reports up to date;
  • Ensure achievement of sales and revenue targets for the portfolio;
  • Manage existing contracts, monitor renewals, amendments and expirations;
  • Identify opportunities to develop new business and solutions for clients;
  • Analyze and monitor market developments in the client’s operating segment;
  • Follow up on account analysis, post-sale activities, and other requests;
  • Conduct on-site visits and ensure an improved customer experience for the client portfolio with Vivo, establishing long-term relationships; engage at C-level;
  • Work daily to ensure customer satisfaction and improve the customer experience with Vivo;
  • Support CAR recovery, monitor the sales pipeline and other KPIs such as visits, pipeline, leads and others.

Requirements

  • Experience with Telecom and IT products;
  • Experience in account management — in-person direct sales model;
  • Ability to develop relationships with the organization’s senior executives;
  • Basic knowledge of financial analysis;
  • University degree preferred;
  • Advanced proficiency in English or Spanish desirable for managing global accounts.
