About the role

Responsibilities
- Responsible for requirements and verification management within a project in naval shipbuilding.
- Support ongoing activities in requirements engineering: assess requirements, accompany their verification, conduct reviews, and enter relevant data into the tools.
- Create project-specific documents that consolidate the specified requirements, including all associated verification information, in a structured manner.
- Ensure compliance with company-specific standards and methodological guidelines during execution.
- Adapt the defined processes for requirements and verification management to the respective project requirements.
Requirements
- University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Industrial Engineering with a technical focus.
- Alternatively, completed technical qualification as a Mechanical Engineering Technician or a state-certified Electrical Engineering Technician.
- Ideally, advanced experience with common requirements and verification management tools; knowledge of IBM Jazz and DOORS Next Generation (DOORS NG) is an advantage.
- Solid foundational knowledge in systems engineering.
- Proficient user of common MS Office applications.
- Business-fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
