About the role

  • Business Manager at Vivo focusing on B2B client relationships with corporations and government. Developing sales channels and post-sales processes, achieving commercial goals.

Responsibilities

  • B2B client service, prospecting new accounts from pre-defined leads;
  • Presenting the product portfolio and servicing customers through digital channels;
  • Selling Mobile and Fixed Telephony products, advanced IT solutions, and value-added services;
  • Monitoring channel- and portfolio-specific KPIs; analyzing, planning, and executing activities and sales to meet and exceed targets;
  • Tracking the transaction pipeline, identifying breakpoints, backlogs, and outstanding issues that may prevent or delay closing sales;
  • Managing daily reports to monitor sales;
  • Acting to resolve critical situations through regular contact with customers and collaboration with internal teams.
