Responsibilities
B2B client service, prospecting new accounts from pre-defined leads;
Presenting the product portfolio and servicing customers through digital channels;
Selling Mobile and Fixed Telephony products, advanced IT solutions, and value-added services;
Monitoring channel- and portfolio-specific KPIs; analyzing, planning, and executing activities and sales to meet and exceed targets;
Tracking the transaction pipeline, identifying breakpoints, backlogs, and outstanding issues that may prevent or delay closing sales;
Managing daily reports to monitor sales;
Acting to resolve critical situations through regular contact with customers and collaboration with internal teams.
