About the role

  • Finance Assistant responsible for managing client accounts and collections for healthcare company. Involves billing, internal communications, and other area demands.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage the customer portfolio.
  • Carry out collections from internal and external customers.
  • Perform customer collections via email and phone.
  • Assist with other tasks as needed within the department.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in or graduated with a degree in Business Administration, Financial Management, or related fields.
  • Experience in collections/accounts receivable.
  • Knowledge of reporting delinquent accounts to credit bureaus (Serasa and similar).
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel.
