Responsibilities
- Acts strategically in the analysis and placement of benefits (health, life and dental) for corporate clients.
- Conducts market studies and end-to-end quotation processes.
- Assesses cost-benefit, provider networks, plan equivalence and risks.
- Negotiates directly with carriers to obtain the best terms.
- Works closely with sales, client relationship, management and executive teams.
- Analyzes data, rate adjustments and critical policy points to support decision-making.
- Prepares analytical materials and presentations in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Participates in internal meetings to align strategy.
- Operates autonomously with critical thinking and a client-results focus.
Requirements
- Experience in a brokerage, insurance company or benefits consultancy.
- Experience working with corporate clients (preferably over 100 lives).
- Knowledge of placement processes, market studies and quotations.
- Analytical ability to interpret data and identify opportunities.
- Strategic and commercial profile, with negotiation skills.
- Organized to manage multiple quotation processes simultaneously.
- Good communication for interaction with carriers and internal teams.
- Knowledge of insurance market regulations and laws.
- Proficiency in Excel (intermediate to advanced) and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with market systems such as SISCOR.
