About the role

  • Analyst in CRM tasked with managing campaigns and analyzing performance metrics at Vitrio agency. Focus on improving e-commerce sales through CRM strategies and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and monitor blast and segmented campaigns focused on performance and conversion;
  • Run A/B tests and propose continuous improvements;
  • Schedule and program campaigns in CRM platforms;
  • Analyze results and prepare weekly performance and growth reports;
  • Contribute ideas and insights to improve the e-commerce customer journey and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Previous experience with CRM and use of platforms such as ActiveCampaign, Dito, RD Station, Insider, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar;
  • Basic knowledge of GA4 and the main performance indicators (conversion rate, CTOR%, churn, average order value (AOV), among others);
  • Analytical profile, with ease interpreting data and generating insights;
  • Organized and proactive in day-to-day activities;
  • Strategic thinking with a results focus;
  • Good communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
