Execute and monitor blast and segmented campaigns focused on performance and conversion;
Run A/B tests and propose continuous improvements;

Contribute ideas and insights to improve the e-commerce customer journey and outcomes.
Requirements
Previous experience with CRM and use of platforms such as ActiveCampaign, Dito, RD Station, Insider, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar;
Basic knowledge of GA4 and the main performance indicators (conversion rate, CTOR%, churn, average order value (AOV), among others);
Analytical profile, with ease interpreting data and generating insights;
Organized and proactive in day-to-day activities;
Strategic thinking with a results focus;
Good communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
