About the role

  • Maintaining and expanding strategic customer relationships in the healthcare sector
  • Identifying cross- and upselling opportunities and developing customer-specific strategies in the enterprise segment
  • Conducting sales meetings, product demos and preparing tailored proposals
  • Responsible for acquiring new customers—specifically hospitals, larger medical care centers (MVZs) or other strategic healthcare customers—through outbound activities and event participation, in collaboration with a Business Development Representative
  • Developing account plans, coordinating internal resources and ensuring the implementation of solutions, including regular updates
  • Analyzing market trends and competitor activity in the healthcare and voicebot space, and developing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Maintaining the pipeline in the CRM system, producing reports and forecasts, and making data-driven decisions

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training or a comparable degree
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales or key account management, ideally in a SaaS environment
  • Knowledge of the healthcare sector and prior experience selling software solutions to hospitals, medical care centers (MVZs) or other strategic healthcare customers
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills and proficiency with CRM tools and reporting
  • Analytical mindset and results orientation, with a proven ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Highly motivated, flexible, able to work independently and as part of a team, and able to stay calm and focused under pressure
