About the role

  • Assistant Manager, Relationship Management at Vistra assisting clients with incorporation of offshore companies and compliance with regulations. Being the main point of contact and ensuring accurate client information.

Responsibilities

  • Be the main point of contact, handle queries, and provide timely updates
  • Manage the incorporation and setup of offshore companies (BVI, Cayman, Seychelles, Samoa)
  • Ensure client information is accurate and complies with regulatory standards
  • Assist clients with annual filings and other administrative tasks
  • Conduct cold calls and upsell additional services to clients as appropriate
  • Direct clients to the right team or department based on their needs
  • Work with the compliance team to review client documents and ensure compliance with regulations

Requirements

  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in the Corporate Secretarial field
  • Experience in corporate services and knowledge of offshore jurisdictions is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills and client-facing experience
  • Ability to perform basic cold calling and upselling
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements
