Responsibilities
Be the main point of contact, handle queries, and provide timely updates
Manage the incorporation and setup of offshore companies (BVI, Cayman, Seychelles, Samoa)
Ensure client information is accurate and complies with regulatory standards
Assist clients with annual filings and other administrative tasks
Conduct cold calls and upsell additional services to clients as appropriate
Direct clients to the right team or department based on their needs
Work with the compliance team to review client documents and ensure compliance with regulations
Requirements
Minimum 4-6 years of experience in the Corporate Secretarial field
Experience in corporate services and knowledge of offshore jurisdictions is preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills and client-facing experience
Ability to perform basic cold calling and upselling
Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements
