Requirements
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
- At least 2–5 years in a maintenance leadership or supervisory role
- Strong hands-on electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Direct experience working with automated equipment, including PLCs, VFDs, motors, conveyors, and production machinery
- Proven player-coach leadership style with the ability to lead through technical credibility and hands-on involvement
- Experience managing preventive maintenance programs and using a CMMS or work order system
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
- Ability and willingness to be regularly present on the production floor
- Welding or fabrication experience is a plus, but not required.
