About the role

• Manager in charge of collections and credit risk management for B2C clients at Octopus Energy. Driving strategy and innovation in payment solutions and customer support for vulnerable clients

Responsibilities

• Define the collections and B2C credit risk strategy in close collaboration with the Senior Data Analyst
• Lead the creation and optimization of B2C customer journeys, from order to payment collection
• Design effective customer journeys to reduce the risk of unpaid balances while maintaining an excellent customer experience
• Implement tailored solutions to help vulnerable customers regularize their financial situation
• Propose improvements based on field feedback, business needs, and data analysis
• Establish KPIs and dashboards to measure the impact of implemented solutions
• Manage and coordinate the network of collections and financial aid partners
• Strengthen our partner network and institutional relationships to help customers access financial and social aid
• Manage the team and promote cross-team synergies
• Ensure the achievement of team and individual objectives for the Collections and Risk Management function.

Requirements

• You have a minimum of 10 years' experience in project management, including significant experience in collections management and credit risk management in a B2C environment.
• You have at least 3 years of team management experience
• You are organized and demonstrate leadership: you can manage and, more importantly, move a team forward as well as lead complex projects with diverse stakeholders
• You have a strong command of English: you regularly communicate with counterparts in other countries
• You are highly committed and thrive on peak activity and challenging cases while maintaining rigor. You know how to prioritize your work and that of your team.
