About the role

  • Junior Lawyer managing labor litigation cases for all economic sectors at a full-service law firm. Leading legal strategies and ensuring client satisfaction through effective case management.

Responsibilities

  •  Case management
  •  Updating internal and external systems
  •  Reviewing publications, scheduling deadlines and taking necessary actions
  •  Drafting procedural documents of low to medium complexity at all procedural stages
  •  Conducting hearings
  •  Preparing guidance and leading hearings
  •  Risk classification and case provisioning
  •  Participating in meetings with clients and witnesses

Requirements

  •  Ability to handle cases at all stages (trial, appeals and enforcement/execution)
  •  Knowledge of labor-related calculations and their analysis
  •  Prior proven experience as a labor attorney in a law firm
  •  Experience with risk classification and case provisioning
